We send multiple reminders to help you stay informed of your upcoming appointments. If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know. Moving forward, if you do not show up or notify us of your absence, a $50.00 fee will be charged. In our self-booking system, you can only reschedule once your appointment. A $25.00 nonrefundable deposit will be charged when booking future appointments with us.
